It took me 2 years of SA and r@pe to even tell my Mum. It's never easy to just go and tell people. It also took over a year to go to court after he admitted it. Time will tell.

I’ve been r8ped 3 times and have not once went to the cops or anyone because that isn’t something easy to do. For the people who have been in that position you will know what I mean, I could not imagine to this day having that happen again and then hours later going to the hospital to get checked. I couldn’t handle it, I also could not handle going to court and having to face any of those men again.

there are two types of cease and desists; a letter and an order. An order is sent by the court and requires a legal name. A letter, which is what Tayler and his legal team sent, was informal and therefore doesn’t require her full legal name. The letter has no legal standing and is just a warning that if they persist in certain behavior than legal action will be taken. In reality cease and desists don’t silence people NDAs do. He's a good speaker and all but it doesn't make sense why you send Cease and Desists out when there are no allegations. He could have shut it down right then and there and there's no chance he wouldn't have told the people closest to him what was going on. There would have been nothing stopping him from proving his innocence. Instead he stayed quiet which is what happens when you're being sued, you can't speak on it. Plenty of cases get “closed” prematurely when the victim settles out of court. It might not be a coincidence that he’s choosing now to talk instead of back then. And lets not forget about that weird ass interview he did where he came on to “say his side of the story” where he literally didn’t say anything about the situation. Willing to bet there was a lawsuit and he was either prepping for it or it happened and he couldn’t speak on it. @Majax he was accused of SA by multiple people. Although there are people who went thru the trauma and expirience there are also people who fake it and then get exposed for lying. As he said in the video it does sometimes make investigating harder for law enforcement.

He's a good speaker and all but it doesn't make sense why you send Cease and Desists out when there are no allegations. He could have shut it down right then and there and there's no chance he wouldn't have told the people closest to him what was going on. There would have been nothing stopping him from proving his innocence. Instead he stayed quiet which is what happens when you're being sued, you can't speak on it.
Plenty of cases get “closed” prematurely when the victim settles out of court. It might not be a coincidence that he’s choosing now to talk instead of back then. And lets not forget about that weird ass interview he did where he came on to “say his side of the story” where he literally didn’t say anything about the situation. Willing to bet there was a lawsuit and he was either prepping for it or it happened and he couldn’t speak on it. I think all of his close friends unfollowing him is a bigger sign than anything that there was a clear victim in the case and they know who it is otherwise I can’t see at least some of them sticking up for him

Putting aside if you did or didn’t do what has been rumored, in an attempt to clear your name you chose the path of disparaging and belittling what SA victims go through. Constantly reiterating that you are innocent because there is no proof, no evidence, no law enforcement involvement only strengthens the fear victims have of coming forward. More than 2 out of 3 instances of SA go unreported. Fear of not being believed because they don’t have “proof” or the fear of having the be retraumatized going through the long, arduous process of reporting and taking an accuser to court. Saying that nothing happened because there are no police reports or “proof” against you is not a valid argument. And using your large platform to give other young men that mindset is irresponsible and disgusting.
Whether or not you did what people are saying, you took almost 9 minutes to set SA victims back by being completely ignorant, insensitive and selfish. If you wanted to clear your name, you could have done so in a way that didn’t diminish the trauma that hundreds of thousands of people go through.
Just as you want to be perceived as “innocent until proven guilty,” SA victims want to be believed without being harassed and embarrassed publicly. A tik toker saying accusations are only true if there is proof to his impressionable fan base is horrifying and shameful. Do better.

@Majax he was accused of SA by multiple people. Although there are people who went thru the trauma and expirience there are also people who fake it and then get exposed for lying. As he said in the video it does sometimes make investigating harder for law enforcement.

We don't laugh while we talk about it, we don't go on podcast and do gymnastics when we are healing, like come on.. It took me 2 years of therapy and still can't talk about it with out crying or getting angry, also the others SA victims. We literally shake when we think about what happened to us.
