যে কোন মূল্যে ব্যবসার আয়তন বাড়ানোর যে রেস স্টার্টআপ সেক্টরে চলছিল, সেখানে নিজেদের সংযত করে এনেছিল দেশীয় প্রতিষ্ঠান পাঠাও। ক্রেতার প্রকৃত চাহিদা নিরূপণ করে উৎকৃষ্ট সেবা আর দুপক্ষের জন্য উইন-উইন ডিল নিশ্চিত করে আসছিল প্রতিষ্ঠানটি। ইউক্রেনে যুদ্ধ বাধার পর স্টার্টআপের বিনিয়োগকারীরা যখন রক্ষণশীল হয়ে যায়, ঠিক সে সময়েই মূল্যস্ফীতির কারণে ভোক্তারাও পড়েন প্রচন্ড চাপে, যা এখনো চলছে। ফান্ডিং সংকট এবং অর্ডার কমে যাওয়ার সম্মিলিত চাপে নাজুক সব কনজিউমার টেক কোম্পানি। ফুড ডেলিভারি, স্মার্ট কুরিয়ার সহ বিভিন্ন সেগমেন্টে অনেকেই ব্যবসা বন্ধ করে দিয়েছে। অন্যদিকে সুপরিকল্পিত রূপান্তরের সুফল হিসেবে প্রতিটি ব্যবসায় লাভজনক হয়ে উঠেছে পাঠাও, বাড়ছে বিক্রি ও মার্কেট শেয়ার। কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস, মোটরসাইকেল রাইড শেয়ারিং এ দুই খাতে প্রতিযোগীদের চেয়ে অনেক এগিয়ে প্রতিষ্ঠানটি। কার রাইড শেয়ারিং, ফুড ডেলিভারিতে দ্বিতীয় অবস্থানে থেকে এগিয়ে যাচ্ছে। এদিকে দেশের বাইরে ব্যবসা সম্প্রসারণ করে কোন বাংলাদেশি স্টার্টআপের সাফল্যের একমাত্র উদাহরণটিও সৃষ্টি করেছে পাঠাও। নেপালের বাজারে রাইড শেয়ারিং এবং ফুড ডেলিভারি - দুই সেগমেন্টেই একচ্ছত্র আধিপত্য প্রতিষ্ঠানটির।
