Thanks for watching! Let me know if you give this project a try! They are so fun to make and it's fun to see how they turn out. Every eye turns out different!
These are so great. I put the mounting putty on a old piece of picture glass and put the cabachon on it. That way you have both hands to paint with.
Thanks for sharing your trick for painting small 12mm glass cat/dragon eyes! Can't wait to try this out!

Soooo coool.
Great tutorial and great idea with the Blu Tak and dowel rod! Love it! Keep up the great work! Looking forward to the next one! Those cat eyes look awesome!
Thanks so much! That means a lot!! ☺️
I want to make one for my childhood cat that passed away 3 weeks ago. She had the most beautiful eyes. I miss her terribly
Awww! That’s so hard. Hang in there! 💜
I know how that feels to have to put on the readers! Those turned out so cool!
I know right!!
Thanks for watching! ☺️
I just picked up a color by Sally Hansen last night at target called "Unicorn". It's the "Miracle Gel" type. Technically it's a topcoat, but it's quite similar to the very first color you used, the Sally Hansen (sorry I can't remember the name) and if you have trouble finding the other one again, I'd suggest giving that a try.
That’s awesome! Thanks!!
Loved it! Can’t wait to see the next step. 👍
Thanks for watching! ☺️
P.S.. If you put multiple pieces of putty on glass you can just leave them there to dry. I sure hope these tricks help they sure help me.
Thanks for the tip! Sometimes they will slip out of my hand and get ruined.
Very cool!!
Kullandığın o yuvarlak camları nerden aldın ya da nasıl yaptın çok güzel oldular
I ordered glass cabochons from amazon and painted the backs with nail polish.
Maybe use several dowels and a container of sand to stand them in between coats of polish? Seems like it would be easier and safer than removing them all of the time?
Good idea!
This was a small batch though and all I had left of the glass cabochons. I usually try to paint dozens at a time!
Can you possibly turn this into a necklace? If yes, can someone tell me?
You can make pendants with them
Size cabochon?
12mm
