At around 31:00 you opened the public building on the third column. You collected the 5 wigs for Lacerda's bookstore. Is this an error?

I think so. All players score their matching buildings.

Yes this was an error, Lacerda should have scored the 5 wigs. It's mentioned @ 39:40
