It was hard to figure out the strumming but i guess it is Du udud with the first D being an accent and the last d being a half strum. Well... if im wrong then at least it sounds very close. Chords are Dm Gm Bb A. (tip: If you can do these as barr chords on the 5th fret it sounds even better, but its damn harder, specially on a soprano uke. Very good cover btw.
