#grabbed I always feel this energy the day before, today i realized that I was holding grudges against loved ones who’d made criticisms against my artwork or art making. This has prevented me from going further with my art (mostly unconsciously) and I need to let go of any human imput and continue making art irregardless of what others say/do/think. I have a history of destroying my own artwork, or giving it away for free- like it’s worthless (bc someone I love “disrespected” it in some way ). It is definitely a childish entanglement, I made something creative today from something I’d made but had abandoned out of this same bitterness. Im feeling better already🙏
Adam, always good to see you! I am finally laying my cross down after 7 years of caregiving for my mother who has vascular dementia. She is now safely at a quality memory care facility. I am able to get my life back and learn to nurture myself again ❤

To your point about the parent-child dynamic, and the father in particular, this Sunday I’m driving to a family reunion of sorts, - the result of a sudden awareness/break that came Monday under the Uranus transit. I was adopted as a baby, grew up with a non biological sister with whom I’m quite close. Both she and I will be driving to meet up with my full biological sister, who grew up in another adoptive home, and my remaining half siblings from my father’s side. We’ve all met a few times since we found each other but this is the first time in many years that we’ve pulled everyone together. And we’ll see what Mercury-Uranus has to tell us! Thank you for all your thoughtful and thought-provoking content!
Wow! This sounds like a very literal manifestation of some of the transits. If you don't mind me asking, is one of the transits happening from your 3rd house?
Well, I have Libra rising so 3rd house is Sag; no planets there. But in Cancer I have my moon, Jupiter, Uranus, and south node. I notice I tend to have a lot going on when the cancer-Capricorn axis is lit up.
Dang, what a heart-warming, affirming manifestation of this transit for you + all your siblings!🖤 I like the idea of the Merc-Uranus square as being a *generative* type of friction for y’all-like a breaking thru of communication barriers that were between you all because of circumstance/paternal family karma (that weren’t of your making). Idk you obviously, but I’m glad you all found each other and hope this full moon is healing for everybody in yr fam.

Full moon will be moving thru my 4th house, my mother just passed after a short illness...definitely feeling the parent child dynamic and growing up themes this week, my natal saturn also happens to be in that house as well

How do you always nail it?! I just submitted an application for college (I'm 45) because I've come to a point where I need to really become self sufficient and step up into a new role now that my kids are grown. The full moon is transiting my 8th house. Normally a fit person but now got shingles 😢 oddly enough shingles is caused by an infection of the nerves moving to the skin. I feel uneasy mentally but at the same time my intuition and need to go deeper in my spiritual practice deepened. It’s a really interesting transit! My father died suddenly in January after losing my mom last July. Closing the estate now. It’s been an arduous process, dealing with estate issues while grieving and working full time. They were both such amazing and supportive parents. ♋️ rising, ♒️ sun. 😢💔

My mother-in-law's cancer scan results were awful this week. She's going on hospice. My husband's flying out Saturday to visit while I stay home and care for the dogs and everything else. Feels big and serious. That is a lot of maturing, and major family dynamics shifting. Cap is my 12th house, Pluto & Mars & Mercury in the 8th.

Thank you, Adam! I’m a full moon baby, moon in Cancer sun in Cap, and it feels like these themes are always present in my life. In the midst of Pluto having its way with my Capricorn stellium, I’m at the point where I’ve fallen off the mountain career wise and am completely not special. But being a mother to my daughter is everything to me. It’s not a bad place to be 😊

Remember the part where you talked about the paternal and influence? Well my son who is a father is now in ICU because today he was having issues and the moon in Capricorn is square his Libra sun. I am always amazing when I experience the astrology without realizing I am experiencing it. Most of today I have been faced with old childish thought patterns, performative behaviors, beliefs and the emotional ties that bind it. While simultaneously being asked by the Universe, "how long must you carry this karma?" and being guided to what karma actually means on a spiritual level.

Thanks Adam! I, like others I see from the comments, are definitely having family highlighted right now. Just last night my sister and I were up late talking about our parents. I've started doing shadow work to help address some beliefs I had been carrying around work and money that I'm pretty sure I picked up from my dad.

I wish I knew how to conceptualize “putting down the cross” in my life. I can’t even imagine what that looks or feels like. If the cross is there it’s there and I don’t know how to leave it behind, so I keep carrying it. Anyone have anecdotes of what setting it down would look/feel like?
