Over the last 15-18 years, the top 4 or 5 men have treated each other with respect. I imagine that sets a tone for the younger players. Credit to their upbringings as well.

Yeah, the younger generation is definitely much more respectful and also joyful. The re are so many great funny video with them and they are not taking themselves so seriously as the older generations.

Erian Maxčič - I cannot agree more fun with rivalries that they don’t take too seriously! All lovely young people - Murray is really spoiling the vibe since his US open outbursts- also against the match with Paul where he was shouting at the umpire - he is just overrated and it’s going to his head!

Lol I know. When I saw the category I thought at least that’s one that he can get nominated for. Then I didn’t see his name but I thought surely he’s won one in his career - then I saw Fed has like 17 and nadal has 3-4. Not only taking all GS in the past 2 decades but also the one award that can encourage a wider field of players. Seriously discouraging for the other players out there, ATP can’t tell me no one else has deserved a sportsmanship award. And I love love both Fed and Nadal!!

I think Pablo didn't notice it was a double bounce, but since Ivo was so sure, he conceded the point.
And even if Pablo was trying to get away with the double bounce, he eventually conceded the point, so it is still a good sportmanship moment.

Thiem really is surprisingly the nicest guy in the Thiem-Family, my friend has opened the door for his brother and dad, they didnt greet, didnt appreciate it, nothing. Even though his dad is quiete nice because i have trained with him, Thiem's brother is an absolute joke
There are many players who treat others with lots of respect and care for others, but other players wouldn't care less for other players whatsoever. I remember a lady player who's pretty popular, but at least two occasions, when the other players got hurt, and she wouldn't even look her opponent and just she'd go on about her business.
