Hey!! For any new piano player, I’ve got a trick to help play different things on different hands! I used to have this problem and it annoyed the crap out of me because both hands were easy but I couldn’t put them together. So something you can do is take an easy song that you know the melody to (I used Mary had a little lamb), and begin playing it on one hand. After a measure on one hand begin the song with the other hand while still continuing the song with the first hand. It might be kind of tricky at first, but you’ll be able to get it eventually. When you’ve got that down, try switching hands or starting the second melody a half measure later. And then try it with different songs! This isn’t a perfect fix, but it definitely helped me be able to separate my hands while playing, and I hope it can help you! If not, that’s okay, keep trying! You’ll never get better at something if you don’t work on it. :)

I am happy that I played piano when I was a child, or this would have took me 51 years to master, but I mastered it in 30 minutes after watching this video 10 times and learning the keys, now I am proud of myself

I play in a band and we include marimba and xylophone in the percussion section. If anyone else does this too, I suggest they use these easier piano tutorials for learning the songs and then you can impress some people with the marimba, xylophone, etc.

When it gets to 0:23 try both hands octaves. So for your left your pinkie would be on Ab and your thumb would be on the Ab an octave below. Same with the right hand

God this reminds me of a time at camp when the older kids made a adventure in the woods for us younger kids and dressed up as zombies to scare us. After the whole thing this guy had a tiny piano attached to a cable you blow into? Dunno what its called And he played the beginning of the mii theme. He was a teen and just kinda did it a lil offhandedly like hah none of these kids will know this meme song thing,,,, But oh. We did. It ended with us chanting, him out of breath, after playing the mii song for about five hours in a row Met him a year or so later, told me its still his greatest achievement, but he cant hear the mii song without getting traumatic flashbacks,,,
I kinda made my own version, you can use keft hand also for right hand for some parts, obvously not doing all the lefts parts, its much more easier, I did it in 15 mins that way.
I wanna move my piano in the living room, and sit facing away from my parents, and then start playing that memorized and turn my face around and stare at them before they go to work.
It's perfect. Easy and fun to play! This is exactly what I needed in my life, for it is now complete. Good thing I have a synthesizer with earbuds, so I don't annoy my family TOO much with our big loud echoey piano!

Hey!! For any new piano player, I’ve got a trick to help play different things on different hands! I used to have this problem and it annoyed the crap out of me because both hands were easy but I couldn’t put them together.
