    Totally amazing!! Loved seeing your hike, thanks for sharing it. You are braver that I am that's for sure. I would not have been confident enough to go up that last rocky point. Stunning views.

      Yeah, I've always appreciated how I've never been afraid of heights. Isa is afraid of heights, but she also doesn't get as much enjoyment out of views and observation decks as I do, so she doesn't feel like she's missing out on anything. :)

    Glad to see a PLP vid. Unique hike with those burnt trees.

      Yeah, I've hiked a lot but I've never seen anything like that. Thanks for watching. Hopefully I'll be able to post a little more frequently than I have been. Lots of old adventures to share that still need to be edited. -Brian

      Thank you, Jennifer. Yes, we're doing well. Just super busy with both of us working from home and trading off watching our 2-year-old. Always trying to find more time for us, for individual things, and for RUclips. Hope you and your family are doing well and staying safe. -Brian

    At least you weren’t hiking in flip flops again 😂
    Amazing view!! I don’t know if I could have been brave enough to go to the end of that rocky ledge.

      Haha, yes, I left the flip flops home for this trip. I have no doubt they'll make an appearance in a future hike though. :)

    I was on the PCT in June 2019 not far from this location, and hiked through the fire area, spooky to me.

    • @PerfectLittlePlanet
      @PerfectLittlePlanet  3 года назад

      Yeah, the PCT goes through Cascade Locks and that area got hit hard by the fire. Spooky is a good word for it when you're walking through it in person. Especially after having hiked a few hundred miles through so many trees, and then to see everything dead and burned, I can only imagine the feeling you had.

    In the 80s we called this place Devils peak

      That's interesting. I hadn't heard that. I like that better than Indian Point.
