Hi just found your channel. I live in DC but I’ve been in love with Baltimore for several years. What are your thoughts on Southwest Baltimore? Specifically Union Square.
I love the SOWEBO (Southwest Baltimore) area, which includes Pigtown. The University of MD BioPark is there (Billion Dollar Project) taking place and a lot of good things happening. Affordable & easy access out 95 S. I have property listed at 105 S Gilmor now right off Union Square now and the brownstones have really cool architecture.
