Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2 medium onions, grated
7 eggs
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 tomato, diced
½ red bell pepper, diced
½ green bell pepper, diced
A handful of parsley, finely chopped
A handful of cilantro, finely chopped
A small amount of dill, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon ground coriander
Salt, to taste
Chili flakes, to taste (optional)
200 ml milk
7 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
Instructions:
Melt the butter in a pan, add the grated onions, and cook until softened.
In a large bowl, mix the eggs with vinegar, garlic, tomato, peppers, parsley, cilantro, and dill.
Add the cumin, paprika, ground coriander, salt, and chili flakes.
Gradually pour in the milk, then add the flour in stages until smooth.
Add the baking soda and mix again.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
Serve the omelette hot, with fresh bread or as sandwiches.
