My big issue with this figure is the faces. As far as Saitama goes, an 'ok' face and a sort of stern fave would have worked much better. He rarely ever has an epic battle cry face. Also I'm not really sure why they went with a cup of tea since he never has a thing for tea in the show or the manga
Instead of the folding arms I would have loved to replace the regular ones with very ripped ones. This way when displayed with the serious head to have the muscle definition showing

Ideally they'd release two versions: his regular one and the buff one, but that might've hurt sales, cause they'd have to produce two figures and a lot of people would just buy one over the other.

The figure just screams lazy to me. They phoned it in cause they knew it'd sell. From the poorly integrated articulation to the completely botched serious head. And not including an "okay" face, grocery bag, and interchangeable cape seems almost baffling. Don't know if they're planning on releasing a second version in the future or what, but I'm disappointed and will only be picking this up if it goes on sale. Then again, maybe I should buy it, just to show interest in the products and hopefully see a Genos released.

good review, a n honest review, actually I purchase the figure and it does have some issues like the knee-articulation-joints that make the figure look like if it had Alien legs or something like that, besides that its OK.
The worst part and the reason I wont buy this figure (even though opm is one of my favorite animes) is because he just doesn't look correct , his posture just look terrible and he doesn't look lean , he's supposed to be buff and well postured , he just always look hunchbacked and idk too thick chested
Pass. figma dropped the ball on this one. this does not look like Saitama,it looks like if Ikaku from Bleach was on all sorts of drugs and sent to buy a pack of gum.. Even the derpy look is off. the entire body sculpt is sub-par , only one extra expression when the man pretty much is a facial meme machine. terrible cape design, absolutely no effort has been put in. Kinda makes me worried about the Izuku Deku. Thanks for the review Anthony, I can always count on your objectivity.
