I've never been a fan of ice baths. Muscles need to be warm and loose. Ice Baths do the opposite of that. I am a fan of pressure point therapy in releasing the tightness of the muscles.

Man, I have had vertigo more recently and it makes bowling much tougher at times.
I am right there with you. I just had back surgery last week and out of bowling for 4 months
