I worked at a local hotel, that was picked to house the russian air force that accompanied their president, while bush sr was housed at the base. We had secret service walking the hotel, and the floors the Russians were on was not accessible unless the secret service had your picture, we were all interviewed by the fbi, the russians were picked up and dropped off by secret service and they were not allowed to leave the hotel.
