For those that'll ask yes, Kiryu's AI was custom made. This mod has A LOT of effort put into it, so I highly suggest downloading it and giving a try for yourselves.
Daamn this mod is phenomenal!!! Really love the use of Akiyama's QTE from Y6, definitely fits Yagami. Only thing I'd add is an ending QTE for the fight, if that's possible.
