Doctor, a question. During regeneration why don't the post-ganglionic fibers, destined for the iris which aid in light reflex, regenerate? It seems from your explanation that only those destined for the ciliary muscle regenerate. Thank You.

Hello Doctor Lee. Thanks a lot for your videos on Tonic pupil, it helped me a lot to understand my disease. Well after diagnosis, it seems I have tonic pupil, The problem is that I have Pilocarpine 1% and you mention that in order to constrict pupil we need to apply 1/10 of Pilocarpine, so how can I do that. I went to ask my doctor he told me you need to use 3 drops of 1% each day, which oppose with what you've said. Please need your assistance doctor.

I asked for 4% Pilocarpine because 1% wasnt strong enough for me. I was still blinded by the sun with 1%. So long story long lol
I use 4% during the daylight hrs and 1% at night. Either way you need to apply your drops every 4-6 hrs. Well not when sleeping 😂
