I think AH took advantage of Johnny’s incredible sweetness and generosity and harped at him till he finally gave in. He always tries to please everyone. I see so very, very few pictures of Johnny and Amber where Johnny looks happy. And Amber always has this huge sickening smile plastered on her face.

I do too..I look at every picture of both Johnny and AH..and in every one of them..Johnny looks very uncomfortable and distressed.. especially when they are on the many public picture..
I still love my ex-husband but it doesn’t mean I want to be with him. both seemed realistic that nothing lasts forever and I believe it was mutual when they split up.
But stable, loving Vanessa could never teach Johnny the painful lesson he needed to learn in order to be a fully functioning adult human being and move past his rebellious teen impulses where he was stuck. Amber mirrored his rages and self destructive behaviour in many ways (x 1000)and held a microscope to it for him to see. Johnny's dysfunctions can be and it appears, have improved over the past 6 years. He sure found a doozy in Amber who is deeply, dangerously pathological due to genetics, neurology, environment and biology. A stark contrast to very stable Vanessa with whom Johnny had built a good life.
I don't no anything about the real nature of the relationship JD & Vanessa had, but they always seemed 2 b devoted 2 each other, even when pics were from long distance paparazzi lenses. All relationships change (mature) as children r added & the longer u r 2gether. But i also no that even if they had married (which i believe she wanted but only if he really wanted it) a ring on the finger & a legal doc in place would not have prevented the ah disaster. No 1 could have stopped that train wreck - she new exactly who she wanted & how 2 get him, & couldn't have cared less that he had a partner & children. Of course he is to blame as well - he was fully responsible 4 his part in starting that relationship while he was still in another. But he was so blinded by "beauty" & who he thought she was while so many other people just saw a very nasty person. Took away all the pretty that was on the surface, & the work she had done only detracted from it. Or mayb the ugly from the inside is working its way 2 the surface 😅
They looked so good together.

Johnny Depp is moving forward in life. He learned from the past will be more careful finding new love again. 🎉
We can always hope, but i m not sure about that. He wasn't even out from under when he moved a Russian go go dancer in2 his home in LA & she was younger than ah. But i m hoping that he was still in shock then & his brain needed 2 reprogram. It would b great 2 c him with an intelligent, successful, independent woman with a few years under her belt who doesn't "need" anything from him - someone who would appreciate his goodness & talents. Time will tell, but i m sure he will never b lonely.

It's so sad what happened to Vanessa and Johnny. We don't know what really happened between them, but I think it was for them both the most happy time of their lives. He made a bad mistake by getting involved with Amber and paid a very high price for it. I hope Vanessa is now happy with her life and partner. And so I hope Johnny will find a real love soon. Bingo. Vanessa left him. She got sick of the LA to England to LA life and wanted to be where her career was and settle into one place. Both still love and respect one another. They just found that after 14 years, one was done with the current lifestyle, despite all of Johnny's efforts. He'd make sure his family traveled with him on location and had his sister and his other assitants locate a house with a yard to provide some semblence of a home. Johnny grew up constantly moving and hated it.
Yet everyone wants to concoct some desperate scenario that involves AH. That loser had nothing to do with their break up. She came afterwards and basically hounded him and he kept rejecting her. Unitl he didn't.

As he traded her in for shiny younger model and blew her life apart! She took back her life and married man who she looks happy with as she deserves only the best in life in all ways and her 👪 family

They first kissed on The Rum Diary set in 2009 though when he was still with Vanessa and AH was married. He said this himself in court. I just get the feeling that he was probably ate up with guilt and maybe confessed what happened to Vanessa and she ultimately decided she couldn't trust him and broke up with him, I'm sure there were other things too. I don't believe they split just because V wanted to live in France, if you love someone you make it work, Johnny spends a lot of time in France anyway so why couldn't he have moved with her? They did live there exclusively for about 10 years!

Ah was his biggest mistake yes. But I was married myself for 22 years with a son and the marriage broke because we both fell in love with someone else. This was not a mistake but pur relationship that started when we where both in our early twenties had bust run its course.
