Twenty seven years ago I took the Light Body and later Ascension Initiations at The School of the Living Light and the Soul Star Mantra was part of that and so dear to me and now to find this…….. built on that………

Tim, I find that these practices do more for my process then any other. Today, I felt that energetic shift manifest physically in kundalini like kriya and physical vibration as I moved from one monadic rung to another three times as we ascended. Thereafter, immediately a glowing peaceful soothing gliding sensation took over. And as you said, I felt enormously grounding and clarity throughout. I had been feeling a bit uneasy and restless in my plateau periods in the past, as though I am ready to move forward. This meditation helped do that. I have learned that my task now is to become comfortable with these shifts and to recognize all of this as a natural part of the progression. Your calm assuredness is contagious and keeps any doubt or insecurity a thing of the past....
