My rankings would be similar but I would put the strange Case of and the number one position, then the debut album in the second position, followed by vicious, into the wildlife, and back from the dead. Back from the dead left me feeling that the whole album sounded the same what's really nothing catchy. Is the first album of theirs that I have not bought and I have no desire to do so.
My wife is a huge Halestorm fan and wanted me to chime in that Into the Wild Life would probably be her #1 due to the fact that it is a "live" studio album. She thinks it is impressive that they went from one song to the next and ot sounds great.
Don’t get me wrong I love the band but the albums have progressed into metal (especially with Back From the Dead) and I’m just not the biggest fan of that. Their debut and sophomore albums are my favorite and I can listen to on repeat. They are seriously amazing but I’m slowly losing interest in the band when they keep releasing very heavy albums. I loved the 80s feel of that first one. I would rank the albums in order from release with there debut being my favorite and so on
I saw them live last night! they are fantastic! I had a blast!
Awesome!
This band is in my top 5 favorites.
