Ingredients:
Makke ki Roti :
Ordinary flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Warm water for kneading
Sarso Ka saag:
Mustard sauce - 500 gm
Bath sack - 250 gm
Spinach sauce - 250 gm
Onion -1/4 cup
Mollies - 1/2 cup
Garlic -
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetide - 1/2 tsp
Green chillies - 1 tbsp
Grated ginger - 1 tsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1/2 cup
Tomatoes - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chili powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
