That’s weird I don’t have an option for play call cooldown or play call limit.
You need to have an online dynasty at the start. No way to change it when you have already started unfortunately. Also V3 just got posted the other day check it out!

Not a fan of the online restriction I would love to have the ability to play offline so I don’t need to be on the internet but ea is ea
