      The LiveU Solo Pro allows for you to send a SRT feed from the unit to the LiveU server, and then into your production system, allowing it to be mixed in with other content.

    i need more insight on the multi-destination capability of the solo pro. Can stream to facebook and youtube at the same time without a 3rd party application like restream?

    • @Videoguys
      @Videoguys  Год назад +1

      With stream tools you can stream to multiple destinations at the same time without the need for a 3rd party like restream.io

    Can I connect to OBS, because I want to use a picture overlay, or can LiveU solo do overlays, I want to pop up comments from people watching.

    • @Videoguys
      @Videoguys  Год назад +2

      The LiveU Solo Pro can do basic screen overlays, but if you want to have a live feed ontop of the video you would need to use something like OBS. You can take the program out of that OBS Feed and send it through the LiveU Solo Pro to your streaming destination.

      @@Videoguys Sending OBS images from PC to LiveU solo seems a bit difficult, but I'll try, thank you

    Does it come with the cellular modems ? And can you just put your SIM card in them ?

    • @Videoguys
      @Videoguys  11 месяцев назад

      It does not come with Celluar modems. LiveU makes a set of modems that pair with the LiveU Solo, and LiveU Solo Pro. The modems from LiveU come with sim cards pre installed and you just register them in LiveUs portal and can sign up for the data plan there.

    Some of the stuff you're explaining is beyond me I guess. I think it's you know what you're saying, but when I and my friends watch it, we still aren't getting it.
    Basically what I want to do is have a mobile show and I want something that can connect up and put it through a "live stream, multiple platform app" that I have, but since you don't really explain it and seem to attach to the buzz words I end videos not knowing if the item is what I'm looking for or really even how it works. I'm still confused right now and have no idea how that item connects up, how it works, etc. I'm not saying that's not a ME problem either, but regardless I need something that will suit my needs and save getting a local teacher and a local store that sells it I'm out of luck and I feel like you're doing these videos to sell items to me so I guess it would be nice if there's a way I can get the information I want from you, save myself a 40 minute trip to the store and $150 in training and you get to earn my business too. Is there a way we can meet in the middle because RUclips seems to think these videos are exactly what I need and keep suggesting them even though I'm not subscribed, so here's your chance.

      Thanks for the comment. I am glad YT served the video to you and trust we can help you figure out if this is what you need. You can always email us at sales@videoguys.com or call us M-F from 9a-5p ET at 800-323-2325 and we are happy to answer your questions. I am not entirely sure what you mean by "Live stream, multiple platform app" but can summarize what the LiveU Solo encoders do and then continue the conversation.
      The LiveU Solo or Solo Pro is an encoder that connects to your HDMI or SDI video source, encodes the video to H.264 or HEVC and then streams that digital signal over multiple cellular networks. Those streams are captured by LiveU's cloud server called LRT. LRT puts the cellular signals back together to video and streams by RTMP (or SRT) to any destination. You can use LRT to stream to Facebook, RUclips or any other network that accepts RTMP.
      We also have a 1,2,3 step landing page on our site that explains more and helps you identify the right products for the mix. Check that out too videoguys.com/pages/liveu-solo-features-page
