You guys are quite delightful.
I do not understand why those Victorian parlor sets are no longer wanted. They used to sell for thousands, now a few hundred will get you a settee and a couple chairs.
The younger generations don't like it. The same thing is happening to mid century, kids like 80's and 90's stuff better.
The wagon would be great at the heart ❤️ rescue it please!
Wow! That was worth the drive! Thank you for taking us with you!
You guys are hard workers. I was hoping you would get the old car and park it inside of the Heart. It was really cool looking.
Wow! What an interesting mix of collections! Good video.
That was a full-on antique store in itself
You are so positive
Yeah did you buy the car. It looked cool.
We were not able to buy it, it would’ve been really cool.
You guys had quite the day! Looking forward to seeing the pieces you were able to salvage.
I miss living in Ohio, ekspecially in and around Cincy, I had years of fun and collecting at all my haunts including Heart of Ohio.
You guys need an emergency snack bag granola bars mixed nuts crackers lol Wow the variety of items in this house was good to see too bad a lot was damaged but many older things do have some damage & collectors will buy if the damage is small.
That was crazy. Just the thought of them buying all that stuff through the years. 🤪🤪 but I love watching your videos.
My mind boggles! How in the world does even begin to put a value on what he is willing to buy? How does he even decide what to take and what to leave?
I think that would make a great segment, maybe a live segment even. It is definitely an art form and years and years of practice.
It snowed in Missouri today also but not like that
That was some estate!
I just can’t believe you ran across so many broken items. That is sad
You guys are such hard workers.
Here is my packing small
breakables trick. Put items in reusable grocery bags and tie the handles up. No packing paper or bubble wrap. Lay all the bags in van and can even do several layers. Take heavy moving blankets (keep in van all the time) and cover everything, tucking under the sides. Bags are easy to carry into warehouse. Just take you time and be gentle when putting bags down. Works every time!
I think it would be incredibly hard to go in and price a household so packed like that and not be able to physically see everything to check for damage. I hope you can make your money back guys. God bless you! ❤
HARD working Men
Oh my goodness, there was so much stuff. I was getting anxious just looking at it all. Glad you were able to help the family out (or least start to help them).
I had a friend whose mother passed away and her and her brother wanted me to help them clean out the house. Basically no one really wanted anything well that's what we thought.
Wow....how can one person have so much stuff...like a couple of grocery scales? Hugh?
WOW 😲, they sure did have a lot of things !!! I thought 🤔 my daughter & I have a lot of stuff till I see something like that & I think we don't 😁 !!! That was a nice house the inside, I saw the stairs was tucked away behind those huge brown bookcases which I thought was very neat !!! Hope yall was able to buy that awesome antique car !!! I loved that !!!! ❤️🙂
Did you buy the awesome wood wagon in the barn????? 😂
No, we could not come together on the price.
What about the car? I can't imagine the family letting it go
We did not get to buy the car, but it would’ve been really cool if we could have.
After the kids moved out I couldn't give my piano away! It was a terrible feeling because both kids took lessons and enjoyed it a. So the fact no one wanted it was horrible! Even GW wouldn't take it. Finally a neighbors contractor stopped over and agreed to pick up and transport for his kids! Phew!
That's where I live is in Ashland good little city
Bales or Bails?? I didn't know that's what the handle on a drawer pull is called. I always learn something while enjoying your great videos! Made me nervous and concerned for your safety at the end. Safe Travels, Guys!!
But then it got to where I was supposed to be able to pick out a few things and it got real uncomfortable her brother was calling the wife to see if she would want and the kids would want and so finally I just gave up and ended up picking up a couple little things that didn't come out too much at all. But she was my good friend and I didn't mind helping her pack up her mother's belongings.
Wow. That was a nice estate, lots of treasures not high end but nice solid pieces.
You should take some sandwiches and a flask you guys this is from a grandmother ❤.
Wow,wow wee awesome find my God,All the way from Texas
I think the car would be really cool to have at the entrance to the Heart to take pictures with for visitors!!! Have a Heart sign in the background!!!
You guys are too much!!
Oh you poor guys
How do you even begin to decide what to pay people when it's hundreds of things. That's heartbreaking so much was damaged and then you paid for stuff you couldn't even bring along.
how do you price it, so hard. The ford would have been a great exhibit in your entree hall
Jesus praying in the garden is my favorite.
So makes me think of all my treasures that will most likely be sold after I pass but hopefully not for many more years! But wow what a treasure full of stuff so sad that so much was cracked or chipped but they kept it!
This is the 2nd Barbie lot in a week
What did Josh study in school? Did you get the wood body truck?
We did not get the truck, it was too far out of our price range.
Outstanding pick!
WOW
Looked like lots of cool things, must have been heartbreaking to find so much of it damaged.
Ok I am DROOLING over here in NJ!!! That house is a dream for a reseller like me!! That GLASS especially!!! I mainly buy/sell antique and vintage glass. But look at all that's in that house!!!! EAPG to FENTON to PYREX!!! 😍😍😍Ack!! lol Ok, back to the video!!! 😂
Did you get the wood passenger vehicle? I think you said a Ford?
No, we could not come together on the price.
@@BernerBrotherAntiques well 💩!
Lots of hats and no George to model them.
Holy smoke!
Hey there guys 😊😊
what happened with the passenger truck??
We did not work out a price,
And the car thing, what happened.
We were not able to work out a deal, we tried.
Did you get the old Ford?
No, we could not work out a deal on it.
Love your videos…looks like y’all have a great time. On thing bothers me tho…when you’re in the van I see your reflections in the rear window and you look like you’re driving in reverse…..hahahaha.
Save the Pyrex for April 20🙏
What about the Ford?
We did not get the truck, it was too far out of our price range.
Why does it look like you're driving backwards?
how much was the car???
This is going to be my Google review. Went to the heart of Ohio today. Walked in the two guys at the front didn't say a word to me. Not good morning or hello. Not a word. Then I ran into each brother at different times in the day just me and them in the isle and no hello or any acknowledgement of my existence. The girl that works I believe room 6 was very nice and helpful. Not what I expected from your videos but it's social media what should I expect rite?
Not sure when you were there, but we do try and greet anyone that comes in the door. Sorry, someone didn’t say hello when you came in. As far as my brother and I, we were very busy all day long moving stuff in and out, Didn’t spend a whole lot of time talking to anyone. It was a heavy workday for us. Sorry you were disappointed, next time you your at the Heart ask to talk to one of us, if we are available we always try to take time and talk. We spent most of our day unloading the van from this video you are commenting on.
Wow! If I showed up there I wouldn’t expect preferential treatment like you suggest you were entitled to. I do think it’s nice when customers are greeted at the front but I wouldn’t EXPECT that the Berner family should stop and talk to me. There are hundreds of customers in and out of the mall. They can’t possibly greet each one individually. Your expectations were way too high.
@@mamaG4 not looking for anything special just a simple hello. I get people are busy but this wasnt a packed hectic environment. Like I said it was just me in the isle and it was very awkward. Customer service is the business they chose.
🥰👍✅
