Cruise port's, things to do in Europe

- We have done two Northern Europe cruises in winter 2022/23 and have have hand picked 5 family attractions you have to visit. On our P&O cruises Iona cruise we visited Hamburg, Rotterdam and Amsterdam, three cities bustling with attractions and things to do.
In Hamburg we headed from the cruise terminal on the cruise shuttle we visited the amazing Miniature land .It literally is the whole world in miniature, amazing place and amazing detail. We arrived on the cruise in Rotterdam and visited the great Rotterdam Market hall, a place that looks stunning on the ceiling, you have to see it to believe it. The market hall is full of food halls from around the world with tasty foods.
We then check out the cube houses, you need to see these to believe them. In Amsterdam we head to the water for a fascinating boat tour and its time for some reflection in the Anne frank museum.

A great top 5! The Anne Frank house is a must see. Such an important part of history. We haven’t been to Rotterdam so this has been useful. The food hall looks great!
The food hall was amazing!! Go hungry we didn’t but could have tried so much, Rotterdam is definitely somewhere Tom and I would like to to for a weekend break beautiful place 😊

I’ve booked miniature world for my April cruise and have a behind the scenes tour as asked if they’d add an English speaking tour, can’t wait to visit there and love Rotterdam, especially that food hall. I’m planing a trip to Amsterdam too.
Excellent. When we were at the airport part the behind scenes tour came in and had view right next to the runway with excellent guide, looked really interesting.We will head back one day and hopefully do the tour.

@@cruisingwiththe4bs P&O Iona. My tour includes the airport and one part of the railway too I think, can’t wait! It was sold out when I went to book 3 months in advance then I realised I could get no queue entry if I booked a tour but all in German so messaged them and they added an English one at the time I wanted. I might visit the euro tower if weathers ok in Rotterdam, probably train to Amsterdam and got a bulb-fields trip booked too plus maybe 2 visits to food market.

Amsterdam is definitely at the top of my bucket list of where to go next, would you recommend for a younger person?

Go to see miniature land? Wtf! My nephew's about 2 and even he's grown out of that he'd rather hit other children lol
