আজ স্বাস্থ্য সম্মত খাদ্য মানেই কম তেলের রান্না তাই আজ নিয়ে এসেছি সম্পূর্ণ তেল ছাড়া স্বাস্থ্যকর হেলদি সকালের নাস্তার রেসিপি নিয়ে যা বাচ্চা বড় সকলের পছন্দ হবে। বিনা তেলের এই রান্না পছন্দ হলে সকলের সাথে শেয়ার ও লাইক করতে ভুলবেন না।
Here is completely Oil Free Easy Healthy Breakfast Recipe for weight loss in Bengali Language.
Ingredinets:
Egg
Capsicum
Tomato
Onion
Black Pepper Powder
Salt
Methods of how to make weight loss recipe:
1. At first take 4 Capsicum's and cut off the top parts
2. Then remove everything from inside to make a bowl like this
3. After that Chop Onion, Tomato and Green Chillies one by one
4. Take a bowl and crack some Eggs
5. Crack 4 Eggs and add chopped Onion, Chopped Tomato, 2 Chopped Green Chillies, 1/2 tsp Salt (as per taste),1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder and mix well .
6. Pour the egg mixture in all the Capsicum's
7. Take a Momo Can and add Water in it.
8. When the water starts boiling put the capsicum's in the momo can and close the lid.
9. Steam them for 10-12 mins on medium flame
10. After 12 mins turn off your oven and let it cool down to serve
