I’ve changed my passenger side back indicater bulb on my ford focus this afternoon cos it wasn’t working so I thought put the new bulb in still not working any ideas what it could be

Have a CC Focus and it has the same base for the bulb as this one but no matter how I twist it it is just not coming out... pisses me off so bad, would be such an easy fix tho...
