I think this is a very controversial opinion but I personally think the Mandalorian is a bit overrated. CW S7 first arc was really solid and enjoyable. I’d rather not talk about the second arc, but it did have a few good moments. The final arc was one of the best things to come out of Star Wars.
Holding back, while not being in his prime like Luke, while having unclear emotions and thoughts in his head to distract him. As far as canon goes, prime Vader>prime Luke
Vader wasn't holding back at all he literally attempted to kill his son by throwing his Saber on luke and in a comics named darth vader 2020 it was said that vader want to kill his son because he didn't want to let him join darth sidious and suffer with him as he suffered and it's canon and for his conflict his conflict can only prevent him from being able to use the force at full but vader doesn't need to use the force at full power to use some force power like force rage and luke was holding back because he didn't want to kill his father but when he was angry which means he is at 100% of his strength luke was far stronger than vader
1. Obviously. 2. Absolutely. Grandmaster, fp Luke is very, very powerful. He’d beat Vader. 3. Yes. It’s a close fight, but Maul was so strong that Sidious came himself to personally deal with him. 4.
