    Di subah kab running kare
    Cold jyada badh gayi hai aur road par running karna hota hai ground nahi hai

      Mujhe bhi cold ho gya ..but mazboori h ground nhi mere yaha ..hmari same problem h yrr . ..still krni pdegi ..morning me 6:30 pr start krti hu running or road pr वाहन chalne lgte dusra koi time nhi iske alawa ..fir yahi shi h

      दिन में हल्के गुनगुने ghee se एक बार मालिश karbao family member से kishii से और एक बार Moov ट्यूब से मालिश करो सुबह शाम के हिसाब से
      और हल्के हाथों से उस particular जगह सही से नस को सेट करने की कोशिश करो
      Jha पर नस chadi हुई मेहसूस हो रही हैं 2 din try कर लो और bad या लकड़ी के तख्त पर leto okay 👍
      नहीं तो फिर village m कोई ना कोई होता ये नस बगैरह सही kr लेता है उनको dikhao
      और firrrr भी आराम na mile to doctor ko दिखाओ

      Sister...Stamina bnao long running kro jitni kr pao..sprint lgao daily 200m 100m ke full speed se ..or khane pr jada dhyan do ..energetic cheeze khao ..dry fruits milk me dalkr bahut fayda milega thakawat bhi nhi hogi ...running krne se phle body ko stretch kr lo achhe se tb running krna ..running krne ke bad exercise kuchh wo tum yt pr dekh lena...tension na lo aa jayegi time ke andar ..phle se thodi or mehnat kr lo 👍👍
