In sep we travelled in Chennai vasco express on fri afternoon, and returned in the same train on coming thursday and reaches chennai on fri.
This train goes back to Vasco on sat.
Now they have stopped. No use from Chennai.

6:18 Both trains crossing in the curve....superb. It is not Miraaj express.....it is pronounced Meeraz.....in Goa and Maharashtra "J" is pronounced "Z".
Anyone's trip to Goa reminds me of my first trip to Goa.....we just decided to leave at the spur of the moment as there was a slight let up in the monsoon and had to travel by bus. The roads were so bad that we had a tremendous off roading experience for 1000+ km from Bangalore to Madgaon and back......we children enjoyed the trip and the journey......but ayyo paavam parents.....bendu kazhunduruthu. But it is this trip that is etched in my memories as my best trip to Goa.
News in today's Deccan Herald......RPF catches tourists walking on the tracks from Castle Rock and does not fine them🙂......makes them do sit ups as punishment🤣 for jumping off the train and walking on the tracks when boulders were rolling down from the other side onto the tracks.
