This is one of my biggest problems is finishing in traffic sometimes even when I'm playing one on one I also get scared of finishing in the rim cause I'm scared the defender might hit the ball out of my hands or something like that

How do I finish over a center that's waiting in the paint? Most centers are at least 7 inches taller than me and other guards are roughly 2-3 inches taller than me/

damian lillard is a very underrated finisher around the rim especially against bigs eg. Rudy Gobert, DeAndre Jordan etc. Watch his games, he doesnt explode as much as he did in his first couple of years, rather, he is crafty.
I first drive to the basket,it looks like I'ma be doing a layup on the first step but when I take my second step,I jump back as fast as I can in a different direction,it looks like I'm doing a step back.
What are those things you're using? Where can I get them? How much they cost?

Kyrie is the best at finishing. It is not even close. James is kush at separation before attacking the rim.
When I drive to basketball every time I go up the players I'm playing against always gets the ball out I feel like it's foul because the grab the ball by putting their arm over mine but I don't get a call how do I get finish through contact if I can't keep the ball and how do I even get the ball up because at time I do get through that but I can't get the ball up as I'm going up because someone has there arm on the ball when I'm driving to the basket
I would definitely say vintage Derrick Rose was the best finisher, but in the present it is easily Kyrie Irving

Very informational and useful. Helped me a lot because whenever I played pickup at a gym, the teams make the tallest person on one team guard the other tallest person on the other team. I would be the tallest person at 6'2 being guarded by a 6'7 hulk. Helped so much.

Is there any way to improve your game confidence? I joined my first team but during the games I'm getting so stressed that moves which were for me just a piece of cake are getting impossible to make. When I'm getting the ball I hear all their voices saying me what to do and when I lose the ball they be making drama from it. It's kinda mental lockdown :/

Why can’t coaches be like you high school coaches just stay yelling and I can’t really learn when he got his eyes down my back
hey man, I tend to drive a lot against defenders, but everytime i drive, the defenders reach for ball and I get a lot of contact since they put their hands on the ball and I tend to lose the ball or throw a wild layup. This happens to a lot in 5v5 games where help defenders reach for the ball when the drive and I lose it a lot. What can I do to stop this?
We all know the usual player get a little bit of variety in who does what good bit always great videos I may not remember all of it but the things I do remember have helped big time

Sometimes I feel like giving up even though I put so much effort and practice into basketball. Today I had my first league game I was excited sooo confident but when the game started I lost all that confidence and excitement. When I got the ball I was so confused I didn't know what to do I was so lost. In the game I had no points, got blocked three times and lost the ball twice. After the game was done we lost by 18. I felt like giving up even though I knew I was good, I just have no confidence I'm scared, confused and lost. This has happened a lot even in pick up games or at school. I just wanna give up....

Young D-Wade was excellent at finishing around, over and through defenders
This is great teaching. A lot of coaches teach you to always finish with your right hand on the right hand side or left hand on left hand side. You want to learn that. However, you should practice using your left hand on the right hand side when doing a reverse if you have gotten past your defender in a 1 on 1 situation. Most defenders expect you to use your right hand on the right side. When you try a right hand reverse, there is a greater chance of getting blocked because the ball is more exposed and you're out of position to use the left side of your body to shield him off. If you use your left hand reverse on the right side, then you have a better chance of finishing because you're using the right side of your body as a shield.
