I don't even play basketball; I follow you for the fitness, training, conditioning side of things, and I enjoyed this. Thanks for taking the time to break things down in detail while teaching people. I especially appreciate the low key clips taking on pros 😂💪
It’s been two years and this still is the best “how to score on bigs” video I’ve ever seen. They always say contact and veer step but they never actually put in good angles and teach us the little details that actually count. I don’t know about anybody else, but in my opinion, the nba camera angle doesn’t show shit. It shows a 3D game in a 2D perspective 🤦🏾♂️
Sky hook and fadeaway helped me in middle school to get over those 6 ft freaks. And arching the shot when fading away.. but takes lots of practice. Floaters work too if you quick enough
This was a really great video , just really helpful for anyone to see this breakdown of footage. Also it's really impressive to see how you match up against NBA calliber players at your size.
james harden step back is about timing too. by the time he's at his peak ball set, the defender is already falling down on the block attempt. meaning Harden lets the defender jump first to try to block his shot, his release is slower.
can you make a series on how to read defenders and know where to attack them and know which way you should go know to shoot or drive and how to read mommentum of players
Ayo pfj, can you make a video on whether or not training the VMO muscle is necessary/beneficial for injury prevention and athletes? Your videos help a ton!
forgive me if this is nitpicking, but I don't think NEVER getting blocked is something to aspire to. I found myself missing A LOT of layups just to avoid the possibility of getting blocked, as if a miss is somehow more honorable than a blocked shot. I see the reason to develop, but you have to make them earn it some of the time - and some of those some of those times they do. You have to develop counters, and making the defense life as hard as possible, but you can't be afraid of getting blocked to that extent.
This channel is criminally underrated
🙏
good! the good stuff only for the ones who look for it
No cap
