Unlike many people in media, she brought up the fact that there was a fear of flying in relation to pilots even for private aviation, considering someone in similar shoes to her died 3 weeks earlier and after that, plane hijacking on a route she often used.

It's so interesting she brings up pilots as a concern, because singer Aaliyah had died about 3 weeks before September 11th in a private plane crash and much a Hollywood was on edge about traveling private, a lot of them started flying commercial not knowing the New York/East Coast to West Coast/SF/LA would be at risk for terror.
One of the smartest people in this context to speak on this subject matter. It wasn't just commercial passengers, but private flyers who were scared after both Aaliyah on 25/08/2001 and 9/11.
