i really just want it for the foil blade, can i buy the foil blade separately and stick it on my 4.0 or would it not be compatible with 4.0? makes sense that it wouldn’t just so you would buy a whole new trimmer.

my problem with the 4.0 is, it doesn’t really get every single hair off when the pubic hair is really really short so you’ll just end up having to use a regular gillette razor to get everything off. and that kinda defeats the purpose of a “lawnmower” if they fixed that on the 5.0 i’d buy it.
but even with the 5.0 with you shaving your chest i still see visible hairs after you were finished.
You can't attach the foil to the 4.0 as they didn't have it in mind when they originally made it. I'd say if you wanna keep the 4.0 get the Handyman. It's strictly a foil razor. But best of both worlds is the 5.0 🤙
You're a brave man using a razor on your balls lol. you must have an extra set
My only problems with the 5.0 is that battery life needs to be longer then 60 minutes and the foil blade need to improve. And last is the comb for adjusting length
That's for sure a great critique and I can 100% see that. I think that the next version should have a swivel length adjuster like the beard headger🙌🏼
I think it’s kinda dumb that they made it bigger, the best part about the 4.0 was that it was smaller than a regular trimmer, I might as well use my babyliss trimmer to shave my 🏀 now

You should compare the foil razer on the handyman to the one here to see if it’s worth it to get a 5.0 if you already have a 4.0 and a handyman or even just the handyman

Philips they say its much better for close skin cut.

@@ScottyScheller Hey, I got it and tried it. Coming from someone that had the Lawnmower 2.0 it definitely is an upgrade. I think the light is unique! The only conflict i’m having is it’s almost too safe of a blade, which resulted in me having to go over the same spots a couple times to get hair off. Then again I have naturally curly hair so take that in account, other than that I’m enjoying it! Thank you, happy holidays and hope your new year surpasses your last!

I've actually been using it down there, and it's been great. Just make sure you go slow and be gentle.... Should be obvious haha 😅

It can’t but if you wanna keep the 4.0 and also have a foil razor they do offer the Handyman which is just a foil razor. But at that point might as well upgrade to 5.0

One thing that worries me the most is there’s a bunch of bad reviews on the 5.0 and the warranty isn’t great. Is it worth the risk?
I know it's a branded review and you can take my word however you'd like but I haven't had any issues with mine. It there is any concern with the 5.0 you can always go with the tried and true 4.0 or 3.0. Both great options as well and have been around forever. Whichever way you go I’m sure you'll be happy. Just one piece of advice. Make sure to dry any of them off if you get them wet!
Does this have adjustable guards that come with it ?
I’d rather get this and just use it for my face then have to get this And the beard hedger.

Hey brother! It does come with a few guards 👌🏼 not many but if you keep a small beard or trimmed face it'll work🤙
Thanks for taking the time to reply. I actually ended up going with a Brio Beardscape V1. Super adjustable and a 2year warranty. Manscaped didn't respond to my emails regarding a replacement when my battery crapped out, so they lost a customer.@@ScottyScheller

*although I wouldn’t recommend using this on your face after cleaning up your body.
The perfect gift set would be the 5.0 and the beard headgear if they have facial hair!
But overall, if you’re looking for a one stop shop, I’d say you can’t go wrong with the 5.0 ultra pack 😃 any other questions let me know!

They say theure waterproof but my 4.0 died in the shower i wouldnt yse them in eater unless you wanna buy a new one every year

Had the same problem with the 4.0 dying out in a year. They won't replace it. Only a new base charger, since they thought that was the issue. But since that didn't fix it, they gave me a 20% off coupon. Said replacements are only when it's inside the 90-day warranty.

Can understand 100% that being a problem! I haven't had any issues at all. Full disclosure try to make the skin as tight as possible before trimming it. Also using one of the guards helps a lot 🫱🏼🫲🏼 hope that helps man

It's cool that they applied my feedback and they are finally actually selling a body razor for once. I might actually buy this. 0:59 this is exactly the feedback I provided to them that their other razor ignorantly lacked, making them unsuitable for anyone with above average pore sizes. Why on earth you wouldn't provide a close-up here I truly don't understand. The 4.0 caused a blood bath for me personally which I sent Manscaped pictures of.
