Where do we get this dolls?
Not to be stupid I just want to learn what's that little pizza cutter thing do does it cut the cloth or does it make perforated line so you can make seems easier or make it where you can add sleeves or pleats I'm not sure that's why I'm asking I do a lot of hand stitching just want to learn more

we in Indonesia always use the tool to sew or learn to sew, you can look for it on amazon or ebay with the name Tracing Wheel Sewing Tool.
This tool is used to trace the pattern on the fabric using carbon fabric paper or Carbon Water-Soluble Tracing Paper, you can find this on amazon and ebay too.
i always sew with them as it really helps me to sew to very accurate sizes.
