    In housing sector, an idea to model smaller, middle size towns and even villages with vertical growths must be thought of and design must be energy efficient with insulated outside walls or incorporating solar panels to meet energy requirements…

    13:30 he says out of the 16 trillion extra GDP only 2 trillion will come from exports. But unless people export they b won't have purchasing power to build and use urban infra. So low consumption and low internal demand, unable to meet external demand.
    Welcome to the Middle income trap... He is hinting at it indirectly

    😂Indian growth story will go along well with Modi Govt. However if in between Amrit call if mahaghatbandan chor moserey family mafia parties take over things will get down turn. Their unsound economic hints from their manifesto is enough to show ❤
