Yes you can run lumion 9 but it will lag a lot and will not respond now and then.....
I reccomend you lumion 8 it is lighter and faster..i too use lumion 8...it works well

This shows lumion 8 is faster than lumion 9 or 10.........
Or else try upgrading your ram and graphics....

Is it possible to export a lumion file to autocad file? For example I created a 3d model in lumion and I want a file of floor plan, elevations and more in a .dwg version?
Not that I'm aware of...Lumion and Autocad are very different - where did your initial model come from? For example, I'd usually export this kind of thing from SketchUp if I wanted to go to AutoCAD
