Hello 100% XiaoWin, I do not teach dialects, rather, I teach the standard Arabic which is all these dialects derived from. The standard Arabic is used to write such as books, magazines and newpapers .. There isn't a particular dialect that is considerd universal .. I recomand learning the standard .. all the best
