As public transactional money both gold and silver have long ago been taken out of the equation. Even clad coins and paper money are nearing the end of their life. Technology has simply overtaken them all. Nothing but collectibles in the future.

Silver consumption is 40 to 50% above production...... There is not a lack if gold. Manufacturing needs silver and there is not enough of it.... Silver is the most undervalued investment period

Production is fluid though. Viable sources at $30 is different then viable sources at $50 or higher. The other issue is, as silver gets higher in cost industry starts looking for alternatives. It's not a zero sum game.

That's how they manipulate the price of physical. There's probably more "paper silver" traded everyday than exists. In real terms, it's as legit as the paper their silver is written on. What matters is what you are holding
When the price reaches 2x production cost, the mining companies can lock in that price, for as long as they want, by selling short future contracts. Costs about $18oz for silver mining.

The dollar was a fixed weight of silver. They devalued silver at 374 .25 grains a dollar, against gold at 15.5 to 1 to 16 to 1, so gold was worth more silver this was not a reset. Silver was more abundant so it was worth less in terms of gold.

They have been making sure to keep silver very very quiet and stuck right near 30 USD to ensure the normies don't pay any attention to it.
The dollar is the reserve currency because of the associated bond market.
This takes time to develop which is why many say that the dedollarization will take time to happen, if it ever happens-it will take BRICS time to develop a currency and a bond market to go with it…. Unless they can short cut the bond market.
Enter gold. A preexisting, uncorruptable place to park wealth that inspires a country to keep its currency in top shape as to avoid giving its gold up to cover what its currency won’t. Gold has no counter party risk and is very liquid at these high govt purchase levels.

In 1834, wasnt there a silver standard above gold standard? The USA went through 3 International bankruptcies. The original war bond from the Revolutionary War has never been settled! This is the big issue.....im scratching the surface here

As of June 2023 spendable fiat in the USA is quoted as M1 approximately $18.4 trillion and M2 around $20.8 trillion. The world's above ground gold reserves are estimated to be around 208,874 metric tonnes which equates to a market cap of around an estimated $13 - 19 trillion (depending on the fluctuating price).
One youtube one financial guru claimed that the gold price is always set at around 20% of total spendable fiat. Currently today's price equates [ 15 T (market cap gold)/40 T (spendable fiat)] to a ratio of 37% which suggests gold is overpriced to a value of around 17%.
Another great insight. Looking at the charts presented. First jubilee, approx 1930. Second jubilee. Approx 1980. Third jubilee approx 2030. All Debts forgiven. ✝️❤️💪

Alternatively, a currency crisis with a weakening yen/euro and a rising dollar could cause significant asset/commodity/metal price falls, before the fiat currencies are perhaps even destroyed by more money printing and bouts of high inflation.
Mario, great show! I would like to add that the US reset will be our break away from using the treasury market to fund consumer spending. We are seeing manufacturing and mining return for the national security related products, and the repricing of assets will probably take place on 2034 based on what you are showing.
The only Gold/Silver ratio that ever made sense to me was what is the rate Silver comes out of the ground verses one ounce of Gold or How much fiat does it cost to get 1 ounce of silver out of the ground verses 1 ounce of Gold.

Whether you are a claimant or in full time work, the money going into your pocket comes from the government. Go and ask your neighbours what they do for a living....most are non productive jobs adding zero value. The inflation-adjusted ATH for silver from 1980 is $192USD. That's my "line-in-sand" - everything else is noise
The fed has no choice but to cut,even at these low interest rates there's too much debt out there. Things were going to come down fast,now it will be delayed for a little while longer.
What about the Treasury sales? I think they will try to come down, but will be forced to go up shortly after.
Bitcoin has already exceeded the Dow 1:1 ratio. At 10% a year gold isn't rising fast enough to reach it by 2026. Dow would need to crash 95%.

Everyone talks about gold and silver, the point i see missing is, it's the people work, thinking and effort is actually getting converted to buildings, cars, gadgets, etc. Like fiat currency, Gold and silver is just another medium of exchange. The least respected commodity is people work. I believe this should be focused. i think modern economists and capitalists are intentionally not discussing this part.

Regarding silver, today's '50' isn't the same as 1979's '50'. 79's '50' should be equivalent to 170 today. Isn't it a shame and such a waste of time that has gone by where the true price of silver and gold should be able to be expressed!? Silver and Gold are good for wealth protection (savings). Difficult to liquidate (transaction fees, storage fees, conversion fees). Clumsy to allocate an entire portofolio into metals. Not realistic. In my humble opinion.
