      Hi ive lived in chambersburg most of my life. I'll be honest with you, you will run into some racist people, and you will run into some very racist people. But the vast majority of people are not racist in the slightest. Chambersburg actually has sizeable black, latino and haitian populations, especially the closer downtown you get. If you go out into the country, your chances of encountering a racist will go up, but 95% of people even out there are pretty chill if you're respectful
