Season 1 had such a more familial, “gotta stick together” feel that the other seasons lacked
People grow which means growing apart.
@@SodiTruex no, we get that theyre not kids anymore, but it feels like Shameless lost its family aspect to it. They seemed to not care for each other as much as they used to when they were younger which kinda sucks seeing as they’ve been through hell and back together.
Right the later season they are against eacher more
@@whosaprettykitty5076 that’s what happens when dysfunctional families grow up. My mom and her brothers were glue growing up. And now that they’re grown; it’s a lot like the later seasons. The oldest leaves after they raised the younger mfs to shit, shave and shower. Siblings have they’re own kids that they have to prioritize, mfs got court and relationship issues.
And when you have selfish parents, you later become a selfish adult. Family dynamic isn’t a priority to you. That’s why most people who love shameless
@@SodiTruex Pseudo-deep.
I love jimmy he was like an father figure and an older brother towards the other gallaghers.
Wish he remained to be a good guy and stayed
that smile jimmy made when fiona was assigning chores. It was like he knew how much they meant to eachother. :,)
You know till he completely lied to her about his second life
Except he wasn’t….
i miss season 1😭
Same Ian actually had screen time, Fiona, Lip, and Debbie weren’t annoying, and there were actually funny episodes that had no cororotion to other episodes.
Same😭😭
Having them sing the very same song on the very last episode hits hard
Ah the simpler times, when Fiona’s love life made sense
the sean/gus plot line was so confusing
God, Fiona was so ridiculously in love with him.
They even played 'The Way We Get By' in the finale!
That’s kinda the point
the finale already made me cry because of how bad it is ajdhu this song is rlly sumn
@@user-en2hu6wp7p yeah no i rlly wish they didn’t end it w the singalong lmao
@@e-linamarie yeah but i think the extra scene at the end in ep 7 (i think) the one where mickeys pissing and ian’s flossing and they start singing “rain on me” was way worse lol
Makes me miss my hometown the family would host a gathering for relatives and most of the neighbourhood, can't even go a whole month without an occasiona like that. It's been like 10 years since then and I'm living in another country with only my parents living nearby
I think what resonates the most of the show was the sense of familial love and hardyness and togetherness. They were dysfunctional but had each others back something I wished I had in my family I think that’s why it’s a HUGE comfort show for a lot of people in realistic similar situations
I had always hoped that Jimmy would come back at the very end a changed man. Welp.):
I love this scene
Uggggghhhhhh I missed Jimmy and Fiona! I hope they found each other again and ended up together 🥺🥰
This makes me 😭..it makes me want to do this with my family..why isn't breakfast a thing anymore.
i miss this part of the show
