My apologies! I hadn't seen this comment till now. I actually just played over the original song, but I modified the track in Logic Pro X to get the parts for the guitar solo in there. Basically just copied the parts from the intro, and put before they go into the last chorus so I could have something to play over! It mostly just requires patience and using your ears :)

I don't think Gibson makes a 335 with a Varitone. It's the 345 and the 355 models that have them.
I know :) this one’s a Greco. Even they didn’t usually put a varitone on their 335 model. This one must’ve been a custom order.
