Be Bold was originally a piano piece ( • Be Bold - Original Epi... ) but Castler Music reached out to me and asked if he could make an orchestrated version! I said sure! I took what he had worked on and added some extra parts, but go and check out his channel!
So, taking some influence from Two Steps From Hell but also from Nightwish, you get this result!
I've never animated a picture for a music video before, this is my first try. I bought a subscription for a month to Adobe After Effects and followed a few tutorials on RUclips to learn how to do the frequency waves and how to animate the sun. I really hope you like the result - I'm sure that if I do this kind of thing more, I'll improve as well! Hope you enjoy.

Ahh, thank you so much!!! I'm so happy to hear that! It would be just amazing to put out an album of original music. Live recordings are extremely difficult, especially of orchestral music. Piano - much more doable. So I can try to do a piano originals album, perhaps!

it's cool to have some fellow dramatic musicians in here :) I remember as you have already seen my musics. they are far far away from yours and two steps from hell... you do much better :) if you don't remember mines ,you can check them in my soundcloud mufaya (written in my youtube channel's description too) nvm :)
Percussion should have been stronger and have more "force", if you know what I mean, but this was brilliant as a piano piece and it's only enhanced by the orchestral version.
I remember you saying somewhere that 10k subs would be a dream, well, congrats for achieving that dream and now go achieve 100k :D
Mm, I know what you mean! Perhaps I'll have more in future originals! And wow... 100k, I'm not sure I'll get there! It's taken me 9 years to reach 10k. But let's see! :)
Well, I think that more than 2/3 of your subscribers joined this channel in the past year and with that kind of growth, you certainly have a chance to someday get to 100k ^^
However, one question: Do you sometimes think about covering something from Future World Music (e. g. Born For Victory, Victory of Life, A Hero Will Rise, The Swashbuckler and the Fair Maiden) or are you only doing TSFH covers?
DicraeoF1 Maybe I'll have a listen, I haven't heard Future Music much. I've found it very difficult to find other music that has the special quality and flair Thomas Bergersen's has, which is why I've focused on his work.
To be completely honest: I don't believe there's any composer for trailer music that is equal to the sheer brilliance of what Thomas Bergersen can do. However, while many trailer music companies tend to churn out very similar and - dare I say it - soulless pieces of music, I think that Future World Music are the only ones where I can rely on every album having at least three or four songs I personally can repeatedly listen to without getting bored (maybe Audiomachine as well, especially "Festival of Light").
None of their finest pieces comes close to Thomas Bergersen's best, but for the sake of diversity (and because there's not an endless amount of Bergersen pieces for you to cover) I'd recommend trying them out. Or, just listen to "The Swashbuckler and the Fair Maiden", "Dream Chasers", "Victory of Life" and "A Hero Will Rise". If you don't think those pieces to be worthy of a piano cover, you can basically write FWM off.
Another composer that might be "coverable" would be Valentin Wiest, but that guy doesn't know how to properly combine the underscore and the rest of his music, as evidenced in "Tomahawk" and "Among the Stars" (even though I think that last one is absolutely brilliant). However, his "Kitsuné no Yomeiri" might also be worth a listen, even though it's a bit repetitive. But he's Bergersen-inspired, so I'm not sure if he'd really provide the aforementioned "diversity". And no one knows this composer, so it most likely wouldn't get many views.
Sorry for the long-ish post; I tend to rant when it comes to my favourite kind of music. ^^
I'd love to hear your cover for Future World Music: Dream Chasers. It's one of the most epic pieces I know, and there is hardly any covers. You should check it out.
I listened to the original "Be Bold" quite a lot and really hoped to hear an orchestral arrangement down the road. I'm glad that day has come, and I really look forward to hearing more original pieces post-10,000 subscribers. All the best! :)

at first I actually thought Thomas Bergensen made this as a cover like what I said in the original video, but this is still just as amazing as seeing a reindeer flying a helicopter over a volcano.

Wow ... I hear something of TSFH , but it's also something quite original . Congratulations on 10k !
P.S. I don't know very much about music composing and stuff , but for me this peace was not great (no offence , I understand and appreciate the hardness of a work ) , I couldn't grasp the main rhythm and the whole composition had no "story arc" - the beginning was good , but you didn't put enough rhythmic pressure so when you unfolded your whole load of orchestra - it wasn't a smooth transition , but some sort of jump cut to next piece . Once again I appreciate the work , even though I didn't like it very much , I would love to hear more of your originals - and I know you will do the best you can !

I think the transition is a direct result of TSFH influence. Nearly instant transitions between instrumentations (and keys) are a TSFH hallmark in my opinion. Often I like them, but sometimes I don't.
Amazing original music, it could be perfect if you have a choir version like TSFH songs. Hope you can lead a new trend in the world!!!

I'm not an expert in this field. What I meant choir is sth similar like a female vocal in the second part of Immortal from TSFH. However, you are the master in this stage so do what you like to do :)

Very well done and really good in its diversity of the different sections of the piece. But I definitely miss the end of the original. I had to change immediately to the already published version and get the outro there in order to have the piece completed for me.

I'm a huge fan of music, and I absolutely loved this piece, and I love to make music but the problem is that I'm new to it and I want to learn how to make such broad sounds like that, if you can give me some tips I'll greatly appreciate it, I finished a song created by someone else called "Bad Medicine" and it's kind of a sad type of tone song, do you think you can help me or give me tips on how to make such masterpieces like this?

I love composing, and try to write orchestral scores such as this but have to reproduce the instruments in mixcraft recording. I would be really interested to find out what software (if any) was used in this piece for the instruments as it just sounds so complete! Amazing work as well- it sounds fantastic and its the sort of thing I would listen to on my phone!
I don't know what Castler uses (He orchestrated the base and I added some extras) but I use Cubase and East West Composer Cloud. With a touch of NI Massive synth and 8dio Hybrid Tools. :)
