You could try giving your aluminium cookers a scrub down with wire scrub before putting them into the dishwasher. Very encouraging video for all our Indian friends.Definitely a lot of time , water and stress saved!super.

Putting it on top of the washer is a really good idea in space saving. Practical (connections etc) problems, if any?
Good in terms of space saving. But it is not Suggestible.
A concrete slab added between a front loading WM and the Dishwasher on top can pretty much solve the space saving issue but putting it up straight on top of the WM,in my opinion is quite a risk.
Dangerous, that too if ur washing machine wobble due to load or some other reason, it can b a disaster
It's not recommended to put dishwasher on Washing Machine.. Washing Machine vibrates heavily during dry cycle...

Yes she will damage the washing machine one day iF she doesn't bring down that dishwasher soon.
Dishwashers are perfectly fine to be placed on any other appliance. It is the other appliance which needs to support and which you can find in the user manual of that appliance, e.g. washing machine.
Bosch dishwasher user manual specifically talks about the placement on other appliances and makes it perfectly suitable if the other appliance supports its weight.
We did extensive research ourselves before purchasing the dishwasher.

Before even seeing this video I have booked a semi Integrated Bosch Washing machine.Mam I have 3 questions, 1 you have kept the Dishwasher above the washing machine was it installed that way from the beginning?As when Bosch service man came for PreDeliver inspection he advised to have a ground touch and not to keep above Wm. Secondly in the video with what program did you give the bigger one ? Thirdly how long does the soap cake cost, how many washes it make and where do we get it. Thanks alot. Honestly from aperson using dishwasher for past 25 years in UK. Putting dishes with particles of food will eventually block your dishwasher drain....
Unless in india you have super wide drainage systems!
Once or twice it probably wont but over time it will start clogging the drain.
Ask anyone in UK or USA using dishwashers!

Some suggestion re. VIDEO
- U ve placed dish washer on top of washing machine, nothing wrong mam but try it vise versa, since avrg hight of woman is 5-5.5ft it's difficult to placed utensil on upper tray. If u keep d machine down it will be more easy for u to arrange utensils. Also, metal utensils like aluminium/brass/steel/silver r strictly not allowed. By soaking all ur dirty utensils in d sink for long time help to remove dirt at d sides of pans e.g.milk pot.
Washing machine being heavy and even heavier when water is filled, cannot be placed on top of the dishwasher. I am 5'4" and can reach the top shelf easily.
Only delicate glass items and few delicate chinaware shouldn't be placed which can get damaged on heating. Rest all utensils are perfectly fine. Aluminium and copper tend to get black spots in dishwasher, but that's only cosmetic and doesn't do any harm.

Quite informative. One suggestion to add stacking kit with sturdy stand for dishwasher stacked over top load WM. Also those finish tablets are not value for money option if compared with detergent (any brand). Rinse aid is not needed if you using finish tablets shown.

Yes, there are specific instructions in the user manual of both the products on placing other items on top. This is perfectly fine and advisable by the manufacturer.

Ma'am, can you please tell me what is the washing machine brand that you are having, as I recently went to checkout front load washer and dishwasher, where they said that each one of them weigh about 75+ kgs and hence it is not advisable to stack them the way you have done. In addition, they said a washing machine would have lots of vibration and has a chance that the dishwasher might fall down in that case.

Me too have same query.
Front loads are called front loads for a reason, usually in other countries it’s sits on top, it saves space. You can put your front loads on top of each other, if you have two machines at the same time. No problem.
The user manuals of both the equipments have clear instructions on placing appliances on top of each other. You need to consult the user manual of your front load washing machine to check if that is advised, which probably will be for most. Properly tighten all the legs of the washing machine by using a spanner so that it's stable even on high RPM. I often use both the machines at the same time without any problem.
The current setup that I have is totally advisable by the manufacturers and also working pretty well for over 2 years.

U could have shown how the utensils,plates small bowls etc etc are placed with instructions before starting the machine to get a proper idea about placing maximum no of dishes in its proper place.That would have been helpful for those owning one and not been using it properly for lack of knowledge about handling.It is advised not to keep aluminium nonstick vessels. How about the waste water and the dirt get drain its stay in the machine or its drain out same like washing machine?
It has a filter inside which catches all the food debris. You need to clean it once a month or as per the requirement.
The water completely drains out, like the waahing machine. You won't have any water remaining inside. If you keep dirty vessels with curry leaves, rice, tea etc., you'll need to wash the filter (like the lint filter in washing machines)

Madam,the quality of tough stain removal in D/W is noway at par compared with handwashing. There are stains of tea and daal on utensils and Cooker surface which you have cleverly fast forwarded. The technology needs to improve...
You have the technology to slow down video in settings
The video is not fast-forwarded to hide any shortcomings. It is done to avoid the boring process of taking out all the utensils.
You can slow down the video and check if you need.

Do not buy IFB dishwasher. i Bought an IFB DISHWASHER in june 2018 and got the warranty extended for another 2 years. The machine stopped working and inspite of calling customer care many times, they were not even registering my complaint, forget about giving a service. Finally i mailed the complaint and then they reacted but not positively. i still have not received any service in fact due to rinset and salt, machine is now rusted. no service provided! Make sure, the machine you buy has good service and customer care so that at least you get the servicing when required.

For god sake and for your family's sake get that dishwasher down and place it on firm ground. If ever your washing machine toss and move a little bit becuase of heavy load of cloths that dishwasher will fall down and may cause harm to house, life and other serious electrical problem. You should not place such heavy object on washing machine it will reduce life of washing machine also. Dishwasher has heating element below which can cause serious damage to your washing machine.

User manul of LG w/m would not have instructions to mount Bosch dishwasher on it or vice versa.
I've started using a Bosch dishwasher. My dishes are getting dried up without any issues. But I notice that the racks and the walls of the dishwasher are dripping wet although the Extra Dry option is selected. Can someone please tell me how to fix that? I've kept my Dishwasher in my kitchen balcony and there's no way I can leave the dishwasher door open overnight. During the day, I prefer to keep it open for not more than 20-30 minutes.

Hi! If you are using tablet, I dont think we need to use rinse aid or salt separately. Please correct me if I am wrong.
You are partially correct. The top-tier tablets from Finish contain all the three ingredients, but the classic ones don't. I have tried both, and even then I feel that using rinse-aid and salt definitely enhances the performance of the machine. You can set the amount of rinse-aid/salt that is dispensed for each wash in the settings.

Yes even heavily soiled cooker will get cleaned. Any leftover food particles should be removed. Though they get caught in the filter but you'll have to clean the filter frequently.

Helpful video Ma'am. Still my doubt about washing cooker n kadhais in dishwasher is not clear as these are made of aluminium. Aluminium utensils in Indian cooking are unavoidable. For a small family of say 2-3 people, main issue while doing dishes is cleaning of cooker n kadhai only. Will dishwasher serve the purpose, I have my doubts.
I have discarded all my aluminium vessels now...and wait for my upcoming video where I Will again share proper way to load the machine and after wash cycle will show the vessels..

Yes it cleans burnt utensils also. If extremely burnt I would suggest that you soak them in water for some time and then place in dishwasher.

The best decision we did 5 years ago was to get a dishwasher and no regrets at all. We always had the habit of rinsing the dishes and placing it in the tub so that the help could easily wash the dishes besides if she did not come we could scrub it easily now with the dishwasher we do the same rinse and stack when fully loaded we turn it on

T.s Sana great personal experience no regrets just rinse the dishes for tough stains scrub and place it in the dishwasher this method has helped me though they say dishwasher is tough on stains but not really when I am in USA too I do the same good luck

Everything in your video is very good. But a huge mistake you did is put one high power electric appliance on another high power electric appliance. You should change the placement of that dishwasher immediately before it create a huge problem.

All front load washing machines have a flat top. If it is large enough then you can keep the dishwasher on top. I have been using since more than 2 years now.

Really an awesome videos clear most of the queries but had a one last small query if we try and use normal available liquid soap like VIM etc what is the problem if more foam is generated because we tried same and didn't seem to be a problem but since you specifically mentioned so thought to ask and clear my doubt.
It is not recommended to use a regular dishwashing liquid as it generates lot of foam which might hinder the operation of the dishwasher and might also leave residues in the end. Just like you should not use top-load detergent in front-load washing machine.

Thumb rule is if the dishes are microwave safe then they can be washed in dishwasher ..avoid any cheap plastic,copper &Silver utensils

If you have a front load washing machine then you can definitely place it on top. I've been using it for more than 2 years now. The vibrations don't affect the dishwasher. I even run both the machines simultaneously many times.

Aluminum is discolored in a dishwasher not 'coz of dishwasher itself but due to dishwasher detergent. Most people think a dishwasher cleans using water pressure BUT this is not true. It cleans by a chemical reaction of dishwasher detergent with oil & food particles/residue... Water is just for rinsing after the chemical reaction is complete.... Dishwasher detergent is HIGHLY Alkaline in nature & it reacts with Aluminum. On the other hand Stainless Steel does not get affected with high alkalinity of dishwasher detergent. Glass being an inert material also is safest to use since there is no movement of utensils only water is splashed. Prefer Borosilicate glass which is safe for dishwasher, Oven & Microwave as well... Do not use regular glass. It will not survive the temp difference... Dishwasher safe Plastics are also good to use.
Exactly, those spots are only cosmetic and one should avoid washing aluminium/copper utensils if they do not want them to get discoloured.
Can we wash iron utensils like tawa and kadhai ?

Due to lack of space I may have to resort to similar arrangement. My worry is can washing machine take load of the dishwasher? Did you provide any additional support to the dishwasher? I loved this idea of mounting the dish washer on top of front load washing machine. My problem is that, my washing machine moves due to vibration. it stays still after tightening its legs, which last about few weeks and then it moves again. But yeah, what is the magic of this? Pease share probably in another video and that will be very helpful thank you!
The user manuals of both the equipments have clear instructions on placing appliances on top of each other. You need to consult the user manual of your front load washing machine to check if that is advised, which probably will be for most.
The current setup that I have is totally advisable by the manufacturers and also working pretty well for over 2 years.
You need to properly tighten all the legs of the washing machine by using a spanner so that it's stable even on high RPM. I often use both the machines at the same time without any problem.

I have seen many reviews stating that the vessels washed in a dishwasher has a slimy layer or soap residue.
I am also facing the same problem hence I again manually wash the vessels cleaned by dishwasher .
Everyone laughs at me but my concerned is how I can use the vessels with soap.

I found this machine to be so useless.
It's taking way too much space, just like a mini refrigerator.
And why waste so much time in arranging the utensils ?? In the same time you can wash atleast half of the dirty utensils.

Now a maid is generally on leave about 2,3 times a month.
So for just those 3 days why would someone use this huge machine .... ?.
And one more important thing is that these utensils were way to clean even when dirty.
These are not heavily dirty utensils.

Yes totally, if the appliance on which you are keeping supports it. You can check the same in the user manual. Mostly it is a front-load washing machine.
Clear guidelines are mentioned in the user manual of my dishwasher and washing machine for the same.

No to aluminium copper and hard anodized. Nothing much will happen except discoloration of utensils. Use detergent instead of tablets if you still want to. ..
But what you said that sticky utensils like cooker and kadhai can also clean in the washing machin without rinshing ,it's not true we have to rinse them properly then only these utensils get cleaned even the tea pot which you showed in the video can't be cleaned without properly washed before putting in the washing machin.

Cooker is not cleaned properly. I know because I am Also using the same dishwasher. Do I also have the practical experience.
Don't put non stick and aluminium in dishwasher, not recommended.
