I think why you’re not completely happy with your Na’vi is with the eyes and brow. Their eyes are farther apart with a wide nose bridge and an exaggerated brow. Still looks great though!

As a designer, if I think a piece of my work is kind of off, I look for someone else’s eyes on it to figure it out.
