Yerba Maté is a social South American tea that is shared amongst friends. Mate is what we call each other here in Australia So I wanted to create a series in which we can come together across the globe and share as friends the love and passion that we have for perfume.
The plan is to release an episode every week and for it to be governed by your questions....whatever they may be! I look forward to your comments everyone

Oolong tea!!! Sometimes bourbon, though 😌 I need to give mate a try out! As a South American it would be fun to get into that form of tea.

Typically water, but occasionally a white tea or a milk coffee. If you find Erba Pura feminine, I'd recommend Stephane Humbert Lucas' "God of Fire". I actually have both and would've never bought EP if God of Fire was released before it. And I didn't see the hype in Uden Overdose - smelled more powdery and took away from the citrusy tones of the original. Look forward to your guys' trip.

@@TheNicheFragranceCollector Forgot in original post: I also got around to Groove Xcape and it was disappointing. Mainly because it doesn't smell like Xerjoff, it smells middle-Eastern - more like an Amouage. Just a lot of warm spices/amber, dominated by elemi resin. Rose and incense both very mild. Avoided a blind-buy disaster.
Oh man that makes me sad😞 Interesting that you got an Amouage vibe out of it… I am looking forward to testing this one out but I feel that I’ve been forewarned😕

Indeed! I've had conversations with them but nothing definite as yet. The bigger the brand the more layers there are/the more people involved.....but like the wave slowly beating on the cliff face; eventually something happens🌊💫
