    Hope you're off to a good start of the week.
    I have made myself a nutritious and mood-boosting cacao smoothie at home with a focus on my new favorite ingredient 'cacao nibs' which are basically chopped-up cacao beans.
    No added sugar!
    But adding a teaspoon of cacao powder to your morning smoothie or cacao nibs to your breakfast oatmeal will give you a good boost of nutrients.
    [Ingredients]
    1. 1 cup almond milk (any plant-based milk)
    2. 1/2 - 1 cup ice
    3. 1 tbsp cacao powder
    4. 1 tbsp cacao nibs
    5. 1 frozen banana
    6. 1 tsp matcha powder (optional)
    7. 1 tsp PB (optional)
    8. 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
    9. 1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
    [Instructions]
    1. Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend them
    2. Pour into a glass and Serve immediately for best flavor.
