The “alternate US history” most likely to have happened would be Douglas MacArthur overthrowing the US government in a military coup in the 1950s and then aggressively antagonizing the communist bloc, possibly even using nukes. He was incredibly popular with the public then, even after being fired by Truman as the top general in Korea for wanting to nuke China. He easily could’ve taken power in a coup considering the virulently anti-communist atmosphere in America at the time, but he didn’t.
@@seronymus aside from the potential of a nuclear holocaust an aggressively right wing American military dictatorship definitely wouldn't be based. MacArthur would've used military intervention as the solution for issues where diplomacy and covert action worked better (i.e. 1950s Laos, the Suez Crisis, Cuba, Congo, etc.). if the US turned into the world's police officer through brute military force, the world would turn on it like it did with the Soviets, who ruined their image by constantly intervening in their allies' internal affairs like in Czechoslovakia and Afghanistan. also without free speech and open political discourse the civil rights movement and Vietnam protests would inevitably be more violent. groups like the Nation of Islam, the Panthers, and the Weather Underground would be a lot more popular and a lot more trigger happy, as would reactionary groups like the KKK and John Birch Society. overall having a military dictatorship instead of democracy would just make America's problems ten times worse while taking away half of its advantages.

You have France, the UK, each political party 2x, the natives, the future and Prussia. But where is the Netherlands?
Wuestion about the last one from someone who has never played and thus only knows the basics of Fnaf: how would afton being president cause a nationwide terror? He can only make so much ghost robots.
Even the Ultimate bad ending would still see the Louisiana purchase happen in some way. The early Federal government crumbling likely wouldn't have prevented the French Revolution (social forces too strong) and therefore the isolation of Louisiana by the Royal Navy.
Or Louisiana just declares its independence from France with British support.
help me the hidden cursed ending terrifies me so much. in my 80s when i am a grandpa if this is still around i'll be like "don't watch the last part of usa all endings 2022 edition, worst mistake of my life." to my grandchildren.
Sad, although I guess it would have been a real coin flip whether America would end up based or a pile of nuclear ash.
@@chase.7780 I appreciate your thoughtful response Chase, but you seem to understand. From the grand scale of history, the "Pax Americana" has been objectively horrendous for Western society and the world as a whole. Everyone from more than lukewarm Christians to Palestinians and Iraqis and Somalis, Syrians Lybians etc can attest to this truth. What's so good about an empire that spread the pill, abortion, Netflix, McDonald's? Do I really need to go over the fruits of modern liberalism?
dude you should have given us a jumpscare warning i nearly jumped out of the atmosphere
Same, I don't know who the hell was that on the picture?
Holy shit, if Afton became president, how would he convince Congress that keeping the animal theme for his animatronic army would be a good idea?
Knowing how deceptive he is, he'll think of something.
Most of these are pulled from the Hoi4 Mod, KaiserRedux. Still, a great video, nice job!
0:45 when Texas never existed 😢
Most people think the USA is not that old even though it’s 246 years old. What people don’t know and what you guys should think about is that America is so old it was around during Poland-Lithuania 1556-1793 The Ottoman Empire 12??-1919 The Holy Roman Empire and the Qing dynasty! Of course I mean it was around when those empires existed since… ya know… there gone
Me loving the ultimate good ending: I'm glad to wear my crusader helmet everyday with the US flag on my back.
👏👏
I liked the alternate reference, good stuff right there
0:46 Ultimate Good Ending
