I always pray for God's blessings to men like you 🙏🙏🙏. I respect those few guys who has proven that we still have men who care about women in our country. May God keep you and give a good wife who deserves you too 🤝🤝🤝
Thank you for sharing this with us. I conquered my fear of not knowing how to prepare ogbono today by just watching those video and it came out nice and yum
The soup looked delicious, and the ingredients were complete. But can I suggest/ advise that instead of adding cow leg and beef together from onset and later removing beef after getting tender. It is better to first cook cow leg halfway, because the two are not expected to get tender at the same time. Allow it to soften and then add beef for the two to cook together. All the ingredients need each other to simmer well, and the stock goes into the meat. I tell you, the taste of the meat and soup will come out better. My humble advice though. Well done!
Please what's the English name for ogbono seed....am in Ghana and want to go to the market tomorrow and buy the things and try.... please someone help me with the English name biko🙏🏼🙏🏼
I'm a man and i personally want to be assisting my future wife sometimes in cooking especially on weekend, i think this will help. Thank you♥
nice one
That’s lovely
Dat will really be nice❤😊

Thank you very much
This ogbono soup nor get pair at all. This is great cooking
Did you bleach the palm oil before mixing with the ogbono?
No I didn’t, I kept the bottle of the oil in the sun few hour before I started cooking just so it’s more liquid that way it mixes well with the ogbono
Please what are the things I will buy in d market
Is it possible to do it without Palm oil Please ?

Please what's the English name for ogbono seed....am in Ghana and want to go to the market tomorrow and buy the things and try.... please someone help me with the English name biko🙏🏼🙏🏼
In Cameroon we also call it Bush mango so you can try calling it that.
@etopashu5431 oh yeah.... you're right! It's a fruit that looks like mango but a little more rounder. It has a slight bitter after taste to it.
Can ice fish also use to prepare it
Yes! Use any protein of your choice
Must the meat be compulsory??
Onion in ogbono.na wa o.chef

Please what’s the work of the okepehe and is it important ?
It’s a local seasoning but you can do without it if You don’t have or use iru instead that’s locust beans
I want to know if okpehe is necessary
It is but how ever if you don’t have it you can make it without the okpehe
What is okpehr
What is okpehe
Pls what's the okpehe?
Fermented oil beans! It’s a local seasoning
How do u Nigerians cook without onions or ooo
I'm imagining the taste😅
Not every native soup requires onions not that it’s bad but people try to maintain the authenticity of the food taste they’re used to and understand.
Please what's that okpene she added?
Okpehe is just fermented locust beans, you don’t have to add it. Ground crayfish will do
Please the palm oil is hot one?
No, but if yours is thick you can heat it up to melt but don’t bleach please
