The original black and white film copies of the puppet TV series were lost in a fire of a film archive long time ago and only fragments of it are floating around the nets. There is a colour remake form eighties or nineties though, which is available on DVD.
The song title is actually the show's name, but I haven't been able to find out much else about it. '60s... puppets... black and white... for kids... that's all I know.

This is from the Tonosama tour. ROCK ON! On the DVD it's the extra encore track, and the dvd credits roll out with this song.
