When E field is in negative direction then B field is also in negative direction so can it still be considered as linearly polarized light like before as now light is vibrating in opposite direction and so does magnetic field. Please explain Sir.

My doubt is that in case of rainbow formation the send angle of incidence inside the rainbow is not the critical angle for that water droplet . Then why there is an internal reflection . And if there will be an internal reflection then very less part of light will internally reflect and most part of light will refracted away . So how we see rainbow by only the dispersion made by very less part of light that is internally reflected ?
